Role Overview
Our client is seeking experienced Account Managers to oversee the entire owner experience throughout the leasing process. The successful candidate will ensure smooth file flow and precise execution from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for owners during leasing activities.
- Provide exceptional client service with clear communication and diligent follow-up.
- Maintain progress on files by verifying readiness, collecting missing data, coordinating subsequent steps, and avoiding delays.
- Offer timely updates to owners regarding current status, pending actions, and upcoming phases.
- Manage urgent, time-sensitive matters professionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Gather, review, and track necessary documentation per organizational procedures.
- Keep CRM records precise and current, logging notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates, and progression stages.
- Identify lagging files, absent information, client issues, and service challenges early to prevent escalation.
- Escalate concerns promptly when appropriate, protecting client satisfaction through sound judgment.
- Support a structured, end-to-end process-driven leasing operation.
Qualifications
- Between 3 and 5+ years of experience in account management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients, accounts, properties, or projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with confidence managing client concerns.
- High level of process adherence and ease working within a structured CRM environment.
- Good habits in follow-up, task prioritization, and documenting details accurately.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and swiftly prioritize in a busy setting.
- Sound professional judgment managing complaints, escalations, deadlines, and sensitive matters.
- Comfortable with remote work aligned to Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Preferred Experience
- Background in leasing, property management, real estate operations, or housing sectors.
- Experience managing high-volume, SLA-focused, operations-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with balancing client and internal operations team interactions.
- Ability to utilize AI and technology tools to enhance documentation, reporting, summarization, and internal workflows.

This person takes full ownership of outcomes, safeguards client satisfaction, and ensures no elements are overlooked.

Location Expectations
This position is remote but candidates must reside within the Greater St. John’s Metropolitan Area or the specified job region. The selected individual should be able to attend occasional local office visits, meetings, training sessions, or company events as needed.
