Role Overview

The Account Executive supports daily social media operations in concert with the Account team, managing a variety of clients’ social media schedules, community interactions, and asset management. This role acts as a vital communication bridge between clients and internal departments including creative, paid media, influencer relations, and production teams. The Account Executive ensures timely project progression, maintains schedules, and upholds a superior client service standard. Reporting directly to Account Managers and the Account Director, this opportunity suits individuals with a passion for social media and luxury hospitality looking to enhance their industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media content upload across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads via the CMS.
• Create UTM tracking links for all content to ensure proper performance monitoring.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and share insights regularly.
• Participate in client meetings, document detailed notes, and follow through on action items.
• Anticipate client needs proactively and identify opportunities for added value.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, agendas, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor client social channels to manage comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Engage authentically with communities to build positive relationships and increase loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Develop strategies to boost community engagement and brand advocacy.
• Support the Account team with data reporting and analysis tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media platforms.
• Solid knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Experience using social media management software such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr.
• Genuine enthusiasm for growing and engaging online communities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment with effective time management.
• Creative problem solver with a positive, proactive mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary ranging between $50,000 and $60,000, dependent on experience. Benefits include health insurance, unlimited paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and the flexibility of fully remote work.
