Role Overview

We seek a driven and seasoned Account Executive passionate about voice technology’s transformative impact on the Middle East public sector. This role involves partnering with governments and public organizations to enhance citizen services, support national AI initiatives, and deploy voice technologies at scale.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of government-related clients across the Middle East, including ministries, gov-linked corporations, sovereign programs, and national AI projects, aiming to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead complex government sales processes end-to-end, including navigation of public procurement, tenders, RFPs, security evaluations, and approvals, alongside coordinating with Engineering and Deployment teams.
• Identify new opportunities where ElevenLabs’ voice AI products align with digital transformation and AI strategies in the public sector.
• Generate sales leads, conduct contract negotiations, and close deals collaboratively, while serving as a trusted advisor on compliance, localization, and responsible AI use for senior government stakeholders.
• Track and report sales KPIs and performance weekly to the broader team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of successful sales experience in SaaS or enterprise tech environments, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience selling AI or sophisticated technology solutions to Middle Eastern governments, adept in managing public procurement, tenders, and vendor registration processes.
• In-depth knowledge of regional government regulations, including data sovereignty, cloud security, procurement laws, and localization requirements, with the ability to design compliant deal structures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across all stakeholder levels, from technical teams to ministerial leadership, blending customer and product-focused approaches.
• Expertise or eagerness to master the Voice AI sector, understanding ElevenLabs’ offerings and public sector applications such as citizen services, accessibility, media, education, and contact centers.

Additional Language

Professional proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
