Role Overview
The Account Executive will serve as the initial contact for prospective business clients. This role requires sharp communication skills, confidence in conversations, and a drive to support business growth. Candidates with prior sales experience have an advantage, but training is provided for those committed to following a tested process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all new lead inquiries within five minutes during working hours.
- Conduct detailed consultative calls to assess client requirements.
- Assist prospects throughout the virtual assistant selection and onboarding journey.
- Address objections effectively by positioning services as strategic investments.
- Secure at least eight new client agreements every month, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM data following every client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or business services sectors.
- Exceptional verbal communication with quick thinking capabilities.
- Dependable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
- Availability aligning with U.S. business hours.
- A coachable attitude, self-driven work ethic, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $1,000 per month guaranteed.
- Unlimited commission potential, ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 monthly, with average earnings between $1,000 and $2,000, and top performers exceeding $5,000 per month with no cap.
