Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive focused on new business development to join our expanding sales team. This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into customers within the mid to high-end UK commercial sector through proactive outreach and solution selling. It is a hybrid position requiring up to three days per week at our London City office.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from a newly assigned UK territory.
• Conduct discovery discussions to understand and address client challenges.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions alongside Solution Consultants.
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Marketing to enhance lead generation and pipeline quality.
• Represent Nexthink professionally at industry events.
• Maintain precise forecasting data in CRM tools.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans with defined prospect lists.
• Work primarily from the London City office as business demands.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven history of new business sales with consistent quota achievement.
• Experience in software or solution sales with a demonstrable record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger aligned to SaaS selling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English language.
