Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations alongside supporting office administrative tasks and basic human resources functions. The position demands strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
Primary Duties
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and expense reimbursements.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, financial statement preparation, and audit assistance.
- Oversee office administration, coordinate with vendors, and keep office documentation up to date.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, handle HR documentation, track attendance and leave records, and support payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial and administrative records complying with company standards.
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting with involvement in administrative and basic HR tasks.
- Skilled in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software applications.
- Strong communication abilities combined with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
