Overview

Arena Animation Connaught Place is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Academic Counsellor to assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Gaming, Digital Marketing, and Multimedia. The role focuses on guiding students, converting inquiries into confirmed admissions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries to provide detailed information about courses and admission procedures.
• Explain course curricula, career prospects, fee structures, and enrollment procedures clearly to prospective students.
• Follow up diligently with potential students to convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain organized and accurate records using CRM systems and spreadsheet tools.
• Strive to meet or surpass monthly admissions targets consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with academic staff and the marketing team to enhance enrollment efforts.
• Organize and conduct campus tours and counseling sessions for students and their guardians.
• Participate actively in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase program visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech sectors.
• Exhibit strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Familiar with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
• Demonstrate excellent follow-up techniques and relationship management skills.
• Experience in the education or training industry will be considered a plus.
