2nd Level Support IT Service Desk (m/f/d)

Role overview

Riesenbeck IT-Lösungen is looking for a 2nd level support specialist for its IT service desk in Hamburg. In this role, you will help keep complex IT environments running smoothly, support the rollout of modern technologies, and work closely with an experienced internal IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve faults and carry out maintenance work across complex IT networks.
• Investigate and fix demanding system and network issues.
• Work closely with the internal IT team on day-to-day challenges.
• Help drive the introduction of new technologies and systems.
• Support efforts to address cybersecurity-related issues.
• Contribute to the partly automated administration of modern networks.

Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and operating systems.
• Very good problem-solving ability and a structured way of working.
• Team orientation, flexibility, and openness to learning new things.
• At least three years of professional experience as an IT specialist in system integration.
