Are you passionate about crafting engaging Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts? Do you have a keen interest in careers, internships, recruitment experiences, and helping students navigate their professional journeys? We invite you to join our team as a career content creator, focusing on authentic short-form videos covering themes like job search strategies, interview stories, resume-building tips, placement experiences, startup careers, and internship guidance. We seek storytellers who create relatable, genuine content rather than advertisements. Previous experience in content creation is advantageous, but enthusiasm, comfort on camera, and eagerness to learn are valued above all.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 15-20 short videos (Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts) each month, averaging about 4-5 per week.
- Generate innovative and captivating content centered on careers, internships, and placements.
- Integrate Raj, our career agent, seamlessly within your videos where applicable.
- Monitor and report weekly performance metrics and refine content based on feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be able to work remotely.
- Must be available to begin between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
- Should commit to a three-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and a strong interest in career-oriented content creation are required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹7,500 to ₹10,000, comprising a fixed pay between ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 plus incentives ranging from ₹4,500 to ₹5,000.
- Offers include a certificate upon completion, letters of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a potential job offer.
- Successful interns transitioning to full-time employment can expect an annual salary between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000.
