About the Internship

Jarurat Care invites enthusiastic individuals to join as Talent Acquisition Interns, gaining hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment cycle. This internship offers direct involvement in candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, and maintaining pipelines in a dynamic environment. Interns will take ownership of hiring tasks rather than merely observing, playing a vital role in building a strong team for impactful social work.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing candidates to closing roles.
• Proactively source applicants through platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, and Twitter (X).
• Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles to select the most suitable candidates promptly.
• Organize interview schedules, gather feedback, and follow up consistently with candidates.
• Regularly update and maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Engage persistently with candidates sourced from different platforms to enhance response rates.
• Facilitate timely closure of hiring requirements without compromising on candidate quality.
• Ensure clear and smooth communication between candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Basic proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Passion for working within a social impact-focused organization.
• Previous HR internship or project experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Details: This is a part-time remote opportunity based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The internship is four months long and begins immediately. There are three openings available.

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month.
