About the Internship

Adlite Electricals, a partnership firm well-known for manufacturing and wholesaling high-quality electrical products such as VCB panels, RMU outdoor breakers, control and relay panels, APFC panels, and power transformers, is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join us as Sales and Marketing interns in Faridabad, Haryana. This role involves working closely with our sales and marketing teams to contribute to business development and expand our customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to formulating and executing marketing plans to promote the firm's products and services.
• Carry out market research aimed at identifying prospective clients and analyzing industry trends.
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
• Help organize and participate in events such as trade fairs and product launches.
• Collaborate on crafting innovative marketing campaigns targeted at specific audiences.
• Review sales and marketing performance data to suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants should be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting 6 months, starting between 17th July 2026 and 21st August 2026.
• Ideal candidates must possess relevant skills and a keen interest in sales and marketing.
• Open to women who are looking to commence or resume their professional career.
• Educational qualification: MBA or B.Tech degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Sound understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow.

Benefits and Stipend

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 12,000.
• Letter of recommendation provided upon successful completion of the internship.
