About the internship
This remote internship is for an online Montessori pre-school teacher role with an EdTech company focused on experiential learning through physical and digital formats. The organization partners with parents, schools, and CSR initiatives to support early childhood learning.
What you will do
- Lead live virtual classes for pre-primary children in the 3 to 6 age group.
- Apply Montessori methods and activity-based learning to introduce new concepts.
- Design and run sessions for phonics, numeracy, practical life work, and sensorial development.
- Build curiosity, active participation, and independent thinking in young learners.
- Support parents with at-home learning activities and the use of kits and materials.
- Keep the online classroom safe, welcoming, inclusive, and engaging.
- Monitor each child’s development and provide regular progress updates to parents.
- Use stories, rhymes, and other creative teaching techniques to make lessons enjoyable.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available to work from home, able to begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, and available for the full 6-month duration. Candidates should have the relevant interests and skills. Women looking to start or restart their careers are welcome to apply, and freshers may also be considered.
Preferred profile
- Candidates pursuing BAELD or holding a graduation degree with BEd are preferred.
- Strong fluency in English is required.
- Applicants based in the specified location are preferred.

- A genuine interest in education and child development is preferred.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 6,000 to INR 9,000.
