About the Internship
This internship involves daily responsibilities split among managing Zoho One Business Suite, offering operational support for Zoho applications, and handling website maintenance and technical support. The intern will set up and customize Zoho tools including CRM, Social, Campaigns, and Projects modules by configuring users, permissions, workflows, forms, and automation rules to ensure data integrity and seamless implementation. They will also troubleshoot issues, generate dashboards, prepare system usage SOPs, and assist team members.
Additionally, the role covers managing the organization's WordPress/Hostinger website by updating content such as pages, images, projects portfolios, and blogs while maintaining site layout and responsiveness. The intern will integrate website and email domains with Zoho apps and resolve related technical issues encompassing domain configurations like CNAME and SSL, often coordinating with hosting and support teams to maintain smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a remote position starting anytime between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.

Additional Requirements
