Role Overview
This internship focuses on inside sales and customer engagement for the company’s products and services. The intern will work from the office and support the sales process by handling leads, understanding client needs, and coordinating product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to both inbound and outbound leads and initiate contact.
- Assess and qualify customer needs and requirements.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Address customer objections and respond to concerns.
- Arrange product demonstrations whenever needed.
- Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
