Internship Overview
This full-time, on-site internship in Bangalore involves working closely with the Head of Marketing and the leadership team. The role is designed for a proactive, analytical individual keen to foster audience growth and contribute to digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and brand development across multiple channels in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, X, and YouTube.
- Manage campaign budgets and channel allocations effectively.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, investor acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Support creation and management of full-funnel marketing initiatives including retargeting and lead nurturing.
- Improve conversion rates on landing pages and digital funnels.
- Implement social media strategies by creating and managing diverse content formats like videos, carousels, and market commentary aligned with the brand voice.
- Track platform performance and propose strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Convert investment insights into compelling digital content, collaborating with portfolio managers and research teams.
- Analyze marketing metrics, develop reports, support A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing projects, identifying growth opportunities and suggesting improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed graduation or post-graduation; current full-time students are ineligible.
- 0 to 1 year of digital marketing experience through internships, projects, or academic exposure.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and X Ads.
- Experience or exposure in financial services, investments, or fintech is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in content creation and storytelling.
- Curiosity about financial markets, investing, and consumer behavior.
- Interest in exploring emerging digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Additional Details
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, fully onsite in Bangalore.
- Internship duration: 3 months, starting between July 22, 2026 and August 26, 2026.
- Direct reporting to Head of Marketing with opportunities to work alongside senior leadership and investment teams.
- Casual dress code with free snacks and beverages provided.
- Certificate awarded upon completion.
Compensation
The stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month.
