About the Role
This full-time internship based in Guwahati, Assam, offers hands-on experience in technical support for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The position involves addressing customer inquiries related to EV charging systems and hardware/software troubleshooting, engaging with potential clients to promote charging solutions, and performing on-site technical inspections and installations across Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding EV charging stations, covering hardware, software, and connector types.
- Identify and approach local businesses, commercial properties, and fleet operators to pitch EV charging infrastructure services.
- Handle customer support requests, ensuring operational issues faced by EV owners are efficiently managed while building strong client relationships.
- Conduct on-site visits for technical evaluations, product demos, and oversee installation coordination.
- Monitor charging station performance and uptime through centralized dashboards to proactively manage network problems.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and the charging ecosystem.
- Understanding of EV charging station components, connector types, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication abilities with excellent client relationship management skills.
- Competence in identifying business opportunities and facilitating client onboarding.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Guwahati for field and on-site support visits.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address technical and customer-related challenges.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and dashboards to monitor system performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be from Guwahati and able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship spanning six months, starting between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a stipend of ₹15,000 per month. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their experience and contributions.
