About the internship
This internship is focused on supporting customer success operations for a SaaS product company working in conversational commerce. The selected intern will help onboard new clients, resolve customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the customer success team during the onboarding process for new clients.
- Learn client needs and help ensure their issues and questions are addressed quickly.
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to keep the customer journey smooth and coordinated.
- Monitor customer engagement and collect feedback to support ongoing improvements.
- Create reports and maintain records of customer conversations and related documentation.
