This internship offers an opportunity to engage deeply with content development across various digital platforms for a premium ethnic wear and handloom brand, Valli House of Weaves, based in Bangalore. The role involves crafting compelling social media posts, website content, advertisements, and creating visual media such as photographs and videos that represent authentic Indian textiles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage creative content for Instagram, Facebook, the brand’s website, and advertising channels.
Capture product visuals including videos, reels, photographs, behind-the-scenes footage, and styling presentations showcasing sarees and ethnic wear.
Edit short videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut to produce engaging reel content.
Design social media creatives including posts, stories, reel thumbnails, promotional graphics, and website banners using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Conceptualize and script reel content, including hooks and captions aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
Collaborate with models, stylists, photographers, and the marketing team during shoots.
Support the planning and upkeep of weekly and monthly social media calendars.
Research trending Instagram features, audio, reel formats, and styles relevant to the fashion and ethnic wear sector.
Maintain organized digital archives for raw and edited content and campaign materials.
Make creative revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of content deliverables.
Assist with content for product launches, festive campaigns, exhibitions, sales promotions, and performance-driven marketing activities.
Analyze content engagement metrics and suggest innovative ideas to enhance audience interaction.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must be available for a part-time, onsite internship in Bangalore, starting between August 5 and September 9, 2026, for a 6-month tenure.
Preference for candidates experienced with Instagram Reels, fashion content creation, product photography, and short video production.
Basic knowledge of camera techniques, lighting, video editing, storytelling, and current social media trends is essential.
Should be comfortable coordinating shoots and occasionally featuring in hands-only, voice-over, or behind-the-scenes videos.
Must be creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to deliver work within set deadlines.
An interest in fashion, ethnic wear, sarees, styling, or e-commerce is advantageous.
Applicants should provide a portfolio or links to previous work samples (Instagram, Google Drive, etc.) with their application.
Possession of a personal laptop capable of handling basic graphic design and video editing tasks is required.

Additional Information

Internship offers a stipend between INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month.
Position requires 5 working days a week with an informal dress code.
Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation will be awarded.
