The company focuses on high-quality beauty and wellness products and is looking for a creative, energetic social media creator who can produce engaging content, expand the online community, and keep the brand’s presence current, relevant, and aligned with social trends.

The Wellness Shop is a leading e-commerce brand based in Bangalore, India, offering a range of cosmetics and wellness products. Its brand philosophy is rooted in the Charaka Samhita, an ancient Sanskrit text on medicine from around 1000 BC in the Indus Valley region. The company draws inspiration from the three bodily states described there: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
What you will do
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, and social copy that match the brand’s tone and encourage engagement.
- Develop ideas and create Reels, short-form videos, and static content for Instagram and other social channels.
- Support product photography, lifestyle shoots, and day-to-day content creation work.
- Organize, schedule, and publish posts through Meta Business Suite while keeping the monthly content calendar up to date.
- Reply to comments, direct messages, and other community interactions to strengthen audience relationships.
- Review performance data such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth, then share weekly insights.
- Keep track of Instagram trends, viral audio, creator content, and competitor activity to spot new content opportunities.
