Internship Overview

This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to serve as the primary liaison between management and technical teams for a dynamic project. Interns will coordinate activities across multiple technical departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines. Proficiency in French and English is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external partners. The position demands active involvement in daily meetings, backlog management, and delivery validation within a high-paced software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination point bridging management and development teams.
• Communicate proficiently in French and English across various stakeholders including developers, designers, and external partners.
• Convert business and management directives into clear, actionable technical and product requirements.
• Manage daily tasks of teams including Frontend, Backend, Mobile, WebRTC/Agora, Cloud/DevOps, UI/UX, and QA members.
• Organize daily stand-ups and closely monitor the accelerated development roadmap.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• Document meeting outcomes, assign tasks, and produce progress reports bilingually.
• Identify and escalate any delays, technical obstacles, or dependencies promptly.
• Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure feature completion before release.
• Ensure the development team understands business models relating to marketplace, social commerce, and live shopping requirements.
• Facilitate communication with external technology vendors as necessary.
• Compile concise daily progress updates for management addressing completed work, ongoing tasks, challenges, and upcoming priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent oral and written skills in both French and English are mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong abilities in communication, organization, and team coordination.
• Good grasp of digital products, mobile and web applications, and software lifecycle processes.
• Comfortable engaging with software engineers without needing senior-level developer expertise.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, GitHub is highly preferred.
• Prior experience managing developers, digital projects, startups, or technology teams is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively under strict deadlines and manage multiple technical workflows simultaneously.
• Immediate availability for full-time engagement is required.

Eligibility and Candidate Profile

Candidates must be available to work remotely from home, aligned to Indian Standard Time hours (7:30 am - 4:30 pm IST), reflecting the company's time zone of Bangladesh (8:00 am - 5:00 pm BDT). Applicants should be ready to commence between August 9 and September 13, 2026, and commit to the internship duration of 4 months. Internship Details and Benefits

• Duration: 4 months
• Stipend: $325 to $500 USD per month plus incentives ranging from $75 to $150 per month.
