The company also helps MSME units secure ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification, with the goal of improving quality systems, lowering defects, encouraging sustainable practices, and strengthening competitiveness in global markets.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site field position for ZED Facilitators who will work across Jaipur and Rajasthan. The role involves direct engagement with MSME owners and on-ground coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit MSME units in the field and introduce owners to the ZED Scheme.
• Support businesses with paperwork and the application steps needed for ZED Certification.
• Gather and check the required details during site visits.
• Submit applications within the required timeline and keep daily progress updates.
• Work toward onboarding goals and help drive project outcomes.
• Coordinate with the internal team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Confident communication and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Prior exposure to field work, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Jaipur and Rajasthan.
• A smartphone and a two-wheeler are required.
• Basic awareness of MSME processes or government schemes will be an added advantage.
• Graduation in any discipline.
