Role Overview
This is a remote, part-time contract position suited to a health professional who wants flexible, meaningful work at the intersection of femtech, AI, and community care. The Women’s Health Community Manager will be responsible for growing, supporting, and moderating online communities centered on vaginal and women’s health, while keeping discussions respectful, inclusive, and consistent with Muuza’s mission.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, nurture, and moderate online communities focused on women’s and vaginal health.
- Plan, write, and schedule educational and engaging content for social channels.
- Reply to community questions and comments in a helpful, empathetic, and accurate manner.
- Spot recurring questions, concerns, and patterns, then share insights with the product and clinical teams.
- Organize virtual events, live sessions, and other community engagement activities.
- Work with advocates and partners to expand reach and strengthen community relationships.
- Monitor engagement data and use it to improve the community approach over time.
- Represent Muuza’s voice consistently across platforms and interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has experience running online communities, including moderating discussions, applying guidelines, and maintaining a safe, supportive space.
- Writes clearly and with care, especially when addressing sensitive health topics for varied audiences.
- Brings a background in, or strong interest in, women’s health, vaginal health, sexual and reproductive health, or digital health.
- Understands social media tools, content scheduling, basic analytics, and engagement formats such as polls, Q&As, and live events.
- Can work independently in a remote environment while managing several priorities and collaborating with product, clinical, and marketing teams.
- Is comfortable with AI- or technology-enabled products and open to learning Muuza’s platform so user queries can be handled appropriately and issues escalated when needed.
- Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity around gender, sexuality, and health, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory communication.
