What the role requires

• Exposure to VMware tools and platforms such as vSphere, vCenter, vROps, and vRLI is considered beneficial.
• Hands-on familiarity with HPE hardware platforms including DL, Synergy, Simplivity, and Alletra is expected.
• Practical experience with Python, PowerShell, and workflow integration tooling is required.
• Working knowledge of patch management tools and Active Directory is needed.
• The role demands the ability to troubleshoot complex issues that cut across multiple systems and specialties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are important.
