Position Overview

This role focuses on real-time queue monitoring and reporting within our Workforce Management team. Responsibilities include timely intraday reporting, client communication, and meticulous tracking of live floor activities related to process adherence such as AUX, ACW, breaks, and shift compliance. The incumbent ensures analyst availability on communication channels aligned with business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor queues in real time and oversee overall floor activity.
• Prepare and send intraday hourly interval and productivity reports.
• Manage interactions with clients to maintain transparent communication.
• Track and document adherence to workflow processes including AUX, ACW, breaks, and shifts.
• Ensure that analysts are available and active on phones and chats per operational requirements.
