About the Opportunity

Monarch Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is looking for a Welder / Fabricator to join their workshop team in Brendale, Brisbane. This role offers full-time employment with part-time and casual options also considered. The company specializes in the design, manufacture, modification, and repair of custom industrial products such as filtration equipment, strainers, screens, housings, pipe components, sheet metal items, and other engineered assemblies. Work includes both one-off custom projects and small production runs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks including MIG and TIG welding.
• Work with sheet metal and form components.
• Assemble custom industrial products.
• Repair and modify various fabricated items.
• Follow drawings, samples, and detailed instructions to complete work.
• Support manufacturing processes related to custom filtration and engineering products.

• Forklift license or additional practical workshop skills are advantageous.
