As a web designer with us, you will combine technical skills and aesthetics to craft user-friendly, responsive websites that visually communicate brand messaging and deliver a cohesive digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design websites and landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Odoo Website Builder.
• Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and maintain design systems.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams.
• Create custom elements like forms, calculators, lead magnets, and more.

Requirements

• Degree in media design, web design, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or Odoo Website Builder.
• Fluency in both German and English at a negotiation level.

• Additional desirable skills include foundational knowledge of SEO and performance optimization.
• A creative professional portfolio is a plus.
