Warehouse Supervisor

Role overview

J&T Express Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a cloud warehouse based in Singapore. This role goes beyond routine execution and includes planning, monitoring, and improving the full flow of goods receiving, shelving, inventory handling, outbound dispatch, and returns.

What you'll handle

• Manage daily warehouse operations end to end, including inbound, put-away, stock control, dispatch, and return processing.
• Build, train, and evaluate the warehouse team, including KPI-based performance management and manpower allocation.
• Strengthen team productivity and make sure SOPs are followed consistently.
• Review operational metrics such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and error rates to identify issues and improve workflows.
• Design and maintain an effective stock-taking process to reduce discrepancies and protect inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with logistics partners, internal business teams, and customers to resolve exceptions and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• A diploma or higher qualification is required; a background in Logistics Management is an advantage.
• More than 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, with hands-on frontline operations exposure.
• Candidates who have progressed from Operator to Team Leader to Supervisor are especially preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel, along with solid analytical ability.
• Experience using WMS, OMS, ERP, or similar warehouse management systems.
• Good logical reasoning and comfort working with system-based warehouse processes.
• Fluent communication in both Chinese and English.
