Role Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Partner manages pharmaceutical inventory, warehouse functions, and logistics operations end-to-end. This role ensures strict compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), preserves product quality, and facilitates timely, safe delivery of goods. Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and third-party logistics providers is essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning at departmental and organizational levels, making informed decisions, guiding teams, and championing continuous improvement and change.
- Direct warehouse activities including receipt, inspection, storage, picking, packing, staging, and inventory control while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with GDP/GMP standards.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including temperature-controlled shipments, shipping documentation, customs compliance, and the performance of third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient and compliant distribution.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness by managing ERP/WMS records, supporting deviations and CAPAs, and developing SOPs and KPIs.
- Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to provide operational visibility, track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively across functions such as quality assurance, production, planning, and procurement; communicate risks effectively; foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and strategic focus aligned with company values.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven extensive experience in managing warehouse operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency using ERP systems and supply chain software, for example, SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Effective leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline with significant hands-on experience in GMP-compliant warehousing and logistics.

- This is a permanent, full-time position based entirely onsite in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.
- The job requires a 100% presence at the office location.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
