About the Role

Join Nikki Beach Hospitality Group as a Waiter/Waitress in Dubai starting October. This role is more than taking orders; you will act as a welcoming host, entertainer, and a vital part of the guest experience, delivering exceptional food and beverage service with warmth and energy. You will engage guests, guide them through the signature lifestyle concept, and ensure every visit is a memorable Celebration of Life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service consistent with Nikki Beach values.
• Accurately take food and drink orders using POS systems.
• Present menu items and daily specials knowledgeably and with enthusiasm.
• Recommend and upsell items using your understanding of the products and pairings.
• Serve food and beverages to tables and sunbeds efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain mise en place, including cutlery, napkins, condiments, and menus.
• Keep your section clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond swiftly to requests, and professionally handle complaints.
• Support team members across the floor to maintain smooth service flow.
• Consistently execute opening, daily, and closing duties.
• Participate actively in daily briefings and team training sessions.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation.

• Confident in recommending food, beverages, and wines.
• Efficient and focused during busy service periods.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
