Waiter / Steward

Overview

The Waiter/Steward position serves as the foundational role within Pizza 4P's Front of House team, focusing on building essential hospitality skills, personal discipline, and basic service delivery under supervision. Team members at this stage develop core Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain hygiene and grooming standards, and cultivate a collaborative team mentality that supports career growth within the company.

Key Duties

• Master basic Service procedures including greeting guests, preparing tables, serving water, delivering food, and clearing tables.
• Actively seek and implement feedback from trainers and leaders for continuous improvement.
• Welcome guests warmly with proper phrases and positive body language.
• Support senior partners by assisting with table setups, refilling water, and clearing dishes.
• Observe experienced staff to learn the service flow and principles of Omotenashi hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned service areas, tables, and utensils during shifts.
• Adhere strictly to personal grooming and uniform policies at all times.
• Help teammates during busy periods and promptly complete tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen, bar, and fellow staff members.
• Ensure punctuality and preparedness by arriving on time and in uniform for shifts.
• Represent Pizza 4P's core values of Omotenashi by delivering exceptional service and sharing happiness with guests.

Eligibility

Open to candidates willing to work onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Compensation

The remuneration ranges between 16,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
