About the Role

RK Tire Molds Private Limited seeks a skilled VMC Machine Operator to oversee operation and upkeep of Vertical Machining Center (VMC) equipment, focusing on precise mold fabrication. This role demands proficiency in VMC machining, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring production aligns with quality and safety benchmarks.

Job Location and Industry

Located at No. 90/1, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Sendrambakkam, Kosappur, Chennai – 600052 within the mold manufacturing sector.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 24 to 45 years.
• Open to all genders.
• Education requirement: 10th pass or below.
• No English proficiency required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Daily shift schedule (full-time).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines for mold production.
• Interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D designs, and technical specifications.
• Choose suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• Execute machining processes ensuring quality and precise dimensions.
• Carry out in-process quality inspections using measurement instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Keep accurate production records and communicate machine status to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
