Visual Merchandiser – Full-Time Position at Avion Shopping Park, Bratislava

About the Role

Become a part of our team at Avion Shopping Park in Bratislava as a Visual Merchandiser, where you will create an inspiring store environment and deliver outstanding customer service to truly bring the Lindex brand to life. Your role will be crucial in showcasing our product range attractively, shaping the overall store impression, and working closely with a team that believes collaboration leads to the best outcomes.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a start date from September 1st.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to craft an exceptional customer experience.
• Bring our product assortment, concept, and brand to life through engaging visual presentations inside the store and in window displays.
• Create an inspiring atmosphere and continually develop new visual merchandising ideas that delight customers.
• Provide training and support to colleagues in visual merchandising techniques.
• Monitor sales and key performance indicators regularly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed secondary education.
• Previous retail experience.
• Excellent command of Slovak and basic English skills in speaking and writing.
• Comfortable using digital tools.
• Experience in visual merchandising is an advantage.
