Key Responsibilities

• Utilize existing asset libraries and explore novel techniques including AI-generated imagery and 3D-inspired visuals.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to comprehend briefs and deliver quality creative outputs.

• Refine designs iteratively based on input, balancing creativity, quality, and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing visual design proficiency via academic, personal, freelance, or professional work.
• Competence in Figma for digital design, layout creation, and team collaboration.
• Practical experience with motion design software such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-based image generation tools like Midjourney or similar technologies.
• Interest or experience in 3D design applications (e.g., Blender, Spline) is an advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional visuals.
• Capability to juggle multiple assignments, respond to feedback, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Self-driven and able to operate independently in a fully remote setting.
• Preferred 0-1 year professional experience including internships or freelance work; academic work is also valued.
• Bonus: knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and understanding of design systems.
