Visa Counsellor

About the Role

Sparkline Marketing is seeking an experienced and attentive Visa Counsellor to manage comprehensive processing of Study Abroad and Visitor Visa applications. This role is based in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, and requires proficiency in handling visa procedures for multiple countries, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on visa applications for countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Guide clients through university and course selections and assist with admissions.
• Prepare visa documentation such as Statement of Purpose, financial papers, and application forms.
• Arrange biometrics, prepare clients for interviews, and manage embassy submission processes.
• Monitor application status and keep up to date with immigration regulations like UKVI, IRCC/GCKey, SEVIS, and other relevant policies.
• Process visitor visas for regions including Schengen area, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Southeast Asia.
• Verify visa documents, schedule appointments, handle biometric submissions, and process e-visa applications through online portals.
• Maintain communication with embassies, travel agents, and clients ensuring smooth application handling.
• Maintain accurate client records, comply with immigration requirements, and prepare MIS reports and application trackers.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in student visa counselling and/or visitor visa processing.
• Familiarity with online visa portals such as GCKey/IRCC, UKVI, SEVIS, and e-Visa platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM tools is preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 monthly.
