About the Role
We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to join our Bangalore office, offering an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone calls and digital platforms to build and nurture trusted relationships.
- Identify customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products including Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries maintaining high service standards.
- Keep customer information and interaction records up to date using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets while adhering to banking policies and quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates from any discipline except B.Tech/BE.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada) is required.
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service orientation, and sales aptitude.
- Basic computer skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Preferred Experience
Experience in telesales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
