This position is based at the Anantara Mina Al Arab Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Responsibilities

The Villa Host plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, personalized, and prompt service. You will take ownership of assigned villas, ensuring meticulous cleanliness and upkeep while supervising and coordinating necessary villa operations. The position demands leadership to uphold the highest professional standards for guest service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• At least one year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host, ideally within a comparable high-quality hotel environment.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor combined with a proactive and resourceful work approach.
• Capability to work independently and sound judgment for decision-making.
