Location

This role is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE’s northernmost emirate known for its tranquil lifestyle and proximity to Dubai (45 minutes). The resort offers luxurious overwater accommodations within a pristine eco-sanctuary with natural attractions including beaches, deserts, mountains, and opportunities for yachting and desert excursions.

Role Summary

The Villa Host is responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to guests, aiming to exceed their expectations by anticipating needs and providing attentive, efficient support. This role includes leadership over assigned villas, ensuring they are impeccably maintained, clean, and managed with attention to detail. The Villa Host plays a vital role in upholding the highest service standards within the property.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are advantageous
• Minimum one year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a comparable quality hotel setting
• Friendly, outgoing personality with proactive and resourceful work style
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
