Role Summary

The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for guiding and improving operational performance across all markets. The position owns global operations strategy and ensures that processes, systems, and teams are aligned to support efficient property sales and a high-quality customer experience.

Required Background and Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, vendor coordination, and service delivery workflows.
• Capability in strategic planning, including setting long-term operational direction and aligning resources to growth goals.
• Advanced project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives, controlling timelines, and delivering within budget.
• Prior senior-level operations leadership experience, preferably in a technology-enabled or service-oriented environment.
• Confidence in leading distributed teams and working effectively through communication, collaboration, and change management.
• Comfort with data-led decision-making, dashboards, performance tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an added advantage.
