The company is hiring skilled VBA developers to build and maintain automation solutions that improve business workflows. This role requires strong hands-on experience with VBA in Excel, along with Word automation, Power Query, and MS Access.
Responsibilities
- Create, test, and support VBA macros and automation tools, mainly for Excel and MS Access.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into practical VBA-based solutions.
- Review, tune, and fix existing scripts to improve speed, stability, and reliability.
- Build automated reporting flows and workflow improvements using Power Query.
- Prepare technical documentation and assist users through training and support.
- Collaborate with the team on code reviews and adoption of best practices.
- For senior-level developers, take ownership of development work, guide junior team members, and contribute to project planning.
Required Skills
- Strong VBA programming skills with practical experience in Excel and MS Access.
- Solid understanding of Excel formulas, Power Query, and Word automation.
- Good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SharePoint integration.
- Knowledge of HTML, VBS scripting, and Power Apps development.
- Experience with database queries and data handling.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
