About the Role
Kareem Food Industries is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive to serve the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid network across SMEs, wholesalers, retail shops, groceries, cafeterias, and restaurants within these areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's product portfolio throughout Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions.
- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding current accounts.
- Conduct daily visits to SMEs, supermarkets, grocery stores, cafeterias, restaurants, retailers, and traders.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Manage weekly stock collection from the company's warehouse in Ajman and maintain effective van inventory control.
- Ensure prompt delivery and proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Collect customer payments following company policies.
- Monitor competitors' activities and analyze market trends regularly.
- Prepare daily reports covering sales, client visits, and stock reconciliation.
- Establish and sustain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 to 5 years of proven van sales experience within the UAE.
- Experience specifically in serving the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
- Well-developed professional connections with SMEs, wholesalers, retailers, and traders.
- Holder of a valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets consistently.
- Experience in FMCG distribution is an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of routes and clientele in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with an existing portfolio of customers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, coupled with a proven record of generating sales revenue, will be highly favored.
