Role Overview

We seek a Valet with a natural aptitude for hospitality and a genuine desire to create exceptional guest stays. You will proactively anticipate guests’ needs and operate efficiently during peak periods. Your warm, professional demeanor will facilitate seamless communication across departments, supporting the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality valet and vehicle retrieval services, welcoming guests courteously and professionally.
• Manage parking areas effectively, ensuring orderly and optimal use of space.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the welcome area, parking zones, and storage spaces, following established cleaning protocols.
• Actively participate in vehicle retrieval and delivery, ensuring speed and safety for guests’ vehicles.
• Ensure all necessary equipment for service is available, in good working order, and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to current health and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal hotel departments and external service providers to guarantee smooth coordination.
• Provide attentive, personalized service by addressing and anticipating guest requests.
• Support scheduling efforts in partnership with the team leader or front desk manager for adequate staffing coverage.
• Perform any additional duties required to maintain excellent guest experience and smooth operations throughout guests’ stays.

Flexibility and versatility are essential for this role.

Applicant Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience working as a valet or vehicle attendant.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Physical stamina, energy, and availability to work flexible hours in this demanding position.
• Bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with an international clientele.
