Vacation Advisor, Disney Vacation Club (Celebration) - Full Time

About the Role

Seeking individuals passionate about helping others and enthusiastic about working in a call center environment. As Vacation Advisors for the Disney Vacation Club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional vacation planning support both before and during members' stays. This position focuses on recommending appropriate vacation options and managing resort reservations for Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disneyland Resort.

This is an hourly role within a high-volume inbound contact center based in Celebration, FL. The position requires attendance in a paid mandatory training program featuring multiple performance evaluations. Work will be conducted on-site and remotely depending on business needs, with remote work requiring a private workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

Primary Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive vacation planning assistance and support to Disney Vacation Club members and inbound exchanges through specialized software applications.
• Engaging with members to manage accounts, address concerns, and offer suitable solutions related to memberships.
• Building and processing resort reservations, exchanges, and various additional services.
• Maintaining designated service satisfaction standards while achieving departmental performance targets.
• Adapting readily to new product and service offerings as they become available.
• Completing all required company-mandated training and compliance courses promptly.
• Handling cleaning chemicals and supplies as necessary in the workplace.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotels, travel industry, or national exchange company reservations.
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft applications.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent computer applications effectively.
• A strong desire to deliver outstanding guest service to Disney Vacation Club members.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules encompassing weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
• Capability to work on-site in Celebration, FL, as well as remotely when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual language skills.
• Previous call center experience.
• Background in the travel industry.

Additional Information

The hourly wage for this position starts at $20.10. Work assignments will alternate between on-site presence and remote operations based on organizational requirements. Remote work mandates a dedicated private home workspace equipped with dependable high-speed internet.
