About the Role
We are recruiting for the position of Unit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited focusing on the Agency Channel. This role requires managing and leading a team of financial advisors to drive the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of financial advisors.
- Recruit new team members through various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with senior management to train the team on company products and investment plans.
- Coordinate and strategize with the team at all stages to maximize business outcomes.
- Drive business generation through the team.
- Accompany team members on customer visits to enhance service delivery.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Employment Details
The recruited team will be off-roll and compensated on a commission basis, while the Unit Manager will be an on-roll employee with the company. The position offers a competitive package especially suited for MBA graduates.
