Role Overview

AI CentX seeks a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer dedicated to crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs for web, mobile, and cross-platform applications.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and design opportunities.
• Design intuitive navigation structures and interaction models to elevate user experience.
• Build and uphold scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and style guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout product lifecycle stages.
• Translate business goals and user input into practical and visually attractive design solutions.
• Design interactive prototypes to validate and demonstrate user interactions.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Review completed designs to ensure visual consistency and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, usability, and information architecture.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
• Understanding of responsive design across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Capability to conduct user research and usability testing, effectively interpreting feedback.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end development concepts is advantageous.
