About the Role

Vertex Global Services invites passionate individuals to join as Travel Sales Executives in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role focuses on leveraging sales expertise and a love for travel to deliver exceptional travel experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries and convert travel leads into confirmed bookings.
Assess customer travel needs, preferences, budgets, and destination expectations.
Suggest appropriate travel packages, destinations, and experiences tailored to client requirements.
Design personalized travel itineraries encompassing destinations, activities, lodgings, transport, and schedules.
Clearly communicate travel package details including inclusions, pricing, and conditions.
Conduct sales negotiations to maximize lead conversions.
Maintain ongoing communication with potential customers until sales closure.
Meet sales targets and support organizational revenue goals.
Accurately record customer and booking details in relevant systems.
Ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the sales and booking phases.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of one year of sales experience required.
Graduates or undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
Capability to understand travel desires and recommend suitable options.
Familiarity with travel itinerary planning.
Goal-driven and highly self-motivated.
Effective in persuasion and managing objections.

Employment Details

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Salary: Monthly CTC of ₹27,000, approximately ₹23,400 net take-home pay.
Work schedule: Six days per week with rotational shifts and a one-day weekly rotating off.

Selection Procedure
