Job Overview

The Level 2 (L2) Transportation Representative serves as the main communication link between Amazon and its delivery partners, embodying Amazon in their interactions. The role involves identifying and resolving concerns of delivery partners and suggesting enhancements for processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and clear communication at all times.
• Provide fast and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
• Manage sensitive issues by escalating them through the appropriate channels.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Meet or surpass established performance targets.
• Analyze issues logically, identify patterns, and recommend process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Clear and accurate communication with customers.
• Strong comprehension skills to understand and clearly articulate customer issues.
• Focused concentration to resolve customer concerns thoroughly.
• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to navigate websites competently.
• Proficient use of email applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or a related role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
