Training Coordinator

Overview

The Training Coordinator role involves gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company's technical training programs and staying informed about relevant industry trends and educational requirements. This position requires establishing and nurturing connections with educational institutions' key personnel. The coordinator supports event planning and execution on campuses and strives to meet outreach goals. Collecting and utilizing feedback to refine outreach strategies is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's technical training offerings and remain current on industry and educational developments.
• Initiate contact and build productive relationships with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HODs), and Principals at engineering colleges.
• Assist the team in organizing seminars, workshops, and training events on college campuses, managing logistical aspects as needed.
• Work actively to achieve targets related to establishing partnerships and conducting events in educational institutions with mentorship support.
• Collect feedback from participating colleges and individuals to aid continuous improvement and contribute recommendations for outreach enhancements.
