Overview
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to serve as the key operational support for our training division at Emergency, Fire & Safety Training Ltd. This role involves managing course schedules, client communications, and instructor logistics, ensuring all training programs run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate training sessions at multiple venues
- Handle client bookings, confirmations, and follow-up communications efficiently
- Arrange instructor schedules and travel logistics
- Maintain accurate training records and certification databases
- Respond professionally to inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare necessary training materials and course documentation
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
