About the Role

We are partnering with a globally recognised high-frequency trading firm seeking to onboard a Trading Technology Business Analyst within their Front Office Technology team based in Singapore. This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful trading technology projects, collaborating directly with traders, portfolio managers, and technology leadership to create solutions that support the company's investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with trading teams to collect, assess, and prioritize business requirements throughout the life cycle of equities and multi-asset technology projects.
• Convert business demands into precise technical requirements for software engineering teams.
• Engage with traders, portfolio managers, risk teams, and senior leadership to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes and technological tools.
• Assist in delivering technology solutions that positively influence trading outcomes and improve operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated strong understanding of financial markets and trading processes.
• Experience within buy-side environments is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology project implementation.
• Technical academic credentials such as a Computer Science degree, ideally complemented by software development experience.
• Effective communication skills enabling collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
