Candidate Profile

• Ideally a chartered MRTPI or actively pursuing this certification.
• Proven experience in consultancy, private or public sector planning roles.
• Track record handling residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial, and energy development projects is highly valued.
• Experience preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications of various scales.
• Senior candidates should have familiarity with lodging appeals and participating in informal hearings.
• Skilled in coordinating both internal and external project teams ensuring quality control.
• Ability to foster client relationships and provide expert advice.
• Local knowledge of the region preferred; relocation considered.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a car is advantageous.
